Meet Clive Jackson-Wilding (Dad and director) …
Clive has always had a passion for cooking, from an early age you could always find Clive baking. As a trained patisserie chef Clive loves the delicate art and precision of desserts. He is 100% the creative member of the team. When not in the kitchen Clive loves gardening, during the summer months you’ll catch him watering the plants or wandering around taking a look at the lovely plants nature has to offer.
Meet Helen Jackson-Wilding (Mum and director) …
Helen is the mum of the family. She’s a figures and sales lady probably from her past life as a medical rep, so when Clive or Ed spends anything her first question is how much did that cost. When not at work Helen likes relaxing at home with a good “chic flick” on or out walking Lilly the dog.
Meet Ed Jackson-Wilding (The son and director) …
Ed is the young one in the family. Joining the team at 13 when mum and dad said it was time for him to join the team and earn some money. Working his way from pot wash to director. Outside of work Ed loves the outdoors and exercise. Cornwall and surfing are Ed’s main passion and has the dream of moving down there one day. The work office has now become Ed’s storage place for wetsuits and surfboards.

Meet Lilly the golden Lab. Lilly has been a staple in not only the Jackson-Wilding life but Sweetpea as a whole. She has been there through the tough times to make memories and put a smile on the faces of everyone. Lilly comes with us everywhere, you’ll see her sat by the bar watching the world go by or fast asleep. Being a typical Lab, she loves to get as dirty as possible!
